The next consortium and review meetings of Serenoa will take place the next week, on 16th and 17th April. In UCL Woluwe (Brussels), from 9a.m. to 6p.m., UCL will host both meetings. 15 members of the project already confirmed their participation. There, they will discuss the last achievements, synchronize their results and present to the reviewers the work done during the last period. The feedback provided and the discussions will be then carefully considered in the following phases of the project to assure further improvements.

After Brussels, the following consortium meeting will take place in Pisa (Italy) at CNR – ISTI venues in June.

Serenoa M18 review will be held in Brussels on April 17th. The venue will be at UCL facilities in Brussels (same place than M12 review meeting).
It is a convenient place for the Project Officer and the reviewers and also for some partners.
The previous day (April 16th), Serenoa Consortium will meet to prepare the review.

The first year meeting of Serenoa has just finished. It was held in UCL facilities in Brussels, from 11th to 13th of October. The two first days were dedicated to consortium meetings, in which we had the opportunity to present our updated progress, synchronize better our results, and discuss our future plans. The third day was fully dedicated to the review meeting.

We are glad to inform that all the deliverables were approved and that the overall progress of the project was evaluated as good by the reviewers and project officer. Moreover, interesting discussions took place during the presentations of the results of each work package and tasks. We thank the reviewers and project officer for the constructive feedbacks provided. During the following months, all the recommendations and suggestions provided will be carefully taken into account.

Our next face-to-face meetings will take place in CTIC facilities in Gijón, Spain, from 18th to 19th January, 2012  and in W3C facilities in Sophia Antipolis, France.

A Consortium Meeting followed by a Review Meeting took place on October 11-13, 2011.
